    The hotel location is great. You can do a lot at this hotel swimming in the pool or beach, restaurants are good , the sea view is excellent. Friendly service. Our room was clean and bed very comfortable. The staff very friendly, complimentary fruit in the room and a full tea and coffee kit were a nice welcome. The food also very good, Very good Buffet breakfast on ground floor, excellent choice and variety. Swimming pool & children's pool with playing area was kids heaven. I loved the sandy beach it was big and clean with full attentive service and lots of sunbeds.

    It was Eid days and the hotel is still new and short of staff so no need to complain. The shower room leaked had to use towels on the floor after every bath. Every time I made a telephone call requesting something, I needed at least 3-4 follow up calls to make sure I was understood, as I asked for the mini bar to be removed on check-in and was done the other day. In room Internet should be free.

    I stayed in the room that was clean & well kept and available with a very comfortable beds. The breakfasts were marvellous with foods from around the world, omelette stations and also mushroom, couldn't ask for anything better.

    The beach and pool site are great and so are the dinners & cocktails at Trader Vic's.

    Food should be served quicker at the Zawaya bar!

    The pool area was amazing-great views and perfect. Plus, the spa facilities were great. Loved the beach, although small, it had a chill vibe. My kids enjoyed the little play area and the staff really catered to families. One standout moment was when my wife booked a fantastic massage and came out raving about it.
